Canadian students from grades 7 to 12 (plus CEGEP) are eligible to participate in the EnviroExpo program.

You must participate in a local or regional science fair that is affiliated with Youth Science Canada to compete for the EnviroExpo Special Award.  To learn more about YSC and the regional science fairs across Canada  visit www.youthscience.ca and click on the “find your fair” icon.

Each regional fair has different eligibility criteria so students must check in advance for details on how to enter their local fair.

WHILE ENVIROEXPO SPECIAL AWARDS AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL INNOVATION DIVISION ARE SIMILAR IN MANY RESPECTS, THERE ARE KEY DIFFERENCES IN SOME OF THE ENTRANCE AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA.  PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ THE CRITERIA CAREFULLY AND CHECK WITH YOUR TEACHERS OR FAIR OFFICIALS IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.
